Job Requirements:

Ability to write and speak competently, conduct business correspondence
Accuracy and responsibility, attentiveness and diligence
Knowledge of Service Desk systems
Desire to grow and learn together with the team
Ability to work independently and in a team (we appreciate responsibility and commitment)
Basic knowledge of Linux and Docker
Willingness to assemble origami from boxes and a love for Tetris (warehouse)

In hours of labor exploits, our colleague will have to:

Work on the 1st/2nd line of technical support (chats and mail) of the largest video pricing system in Russia (B2B - employees of our Customers). employees of our customers)
Initially configure equipment for customers
Receive equipment from suppliers
Complete equipment for delivery to Customers
